Order Acceptance and Cancellation

BrewUnit reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order in certain cases, such as:

  • If the product you ordered is unavailable.

  • If the order is suspected to be fraudulent.

In the event that your order is not accepted or is canceled before shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14–21 business days.

Pricing, Quantity, and Content Errors

Errors in pricing, quantities, or content may occur on the BrewUnit website. In such cases, BrewUnit reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • If the error is due to a system issue or related to quantity or pricing, BrewUnit reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within the previously stated period.

  • If there is an error in product content, BrewUnit reserves the right to correct the content and update all related information accordingly.

Offers and Discounts Terms

BrewUnit reserves the right to accept or reject any order that does not meet the terms and conditions of discount codes or promotional offers.

Discount Code Terms:

  • Business Offers Program: Discount codes apply to all products on the website except electrical equipment.

Affiliate Marketing Program:

  • Participants in the affiliate marketing program are not allowed to use discount codes for personal use or to place orders on behalf of customers.

  • Discount codes provided to survey participants are valid for one-time use only and are limited to recipients who received the code via SMS.
