Sales and Warranty Policy

We appreciate your trust in our store and we always strive to provide the highest quality and best service.

Below are the main terms and conditions of sale, including the responsibilities of both our store and the customer.


Order Cancellation

  • The customer has the right to cancel the purchase before the order is shipped. In this case, the full amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost. Please contact our customer service directly to arrange the cancellation process.

  • Refunds take up to 5 business days, and in some cases, may take up to 20 days.

  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be issued using the same payment method (bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard). Cash refunds are not available.


Exchange and Return

  • Exchange and return are free of charge if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the store made an error.

  • If there is no manufacturing defect or store error, the customer will bear all shipping costs.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition and sealed in its original packaging.

  • The customer must contact customer service within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 21 business days, minus the shipping cost.

  • Food items, coffee products, and coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged.


Special Terms

  • If a shipping label is issued for exchange or return, the customer must hand over the shipment to the shipping company within 3 days. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

  • The store is not responsible for any delays by the shipping company in delivering shipments.


Warranty and Maintenance

  • All electric devices include a two-year warranty from the official distributor, starting from the purchase date.

  • The warranty covers malfunctions and manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty service includes repairing or replacing the product within 30 days from the customer’s claim, depending on parts availability.

  • Consumable parts and misuse are not covered by the warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Attempting repairs outside the authorized service center or using unauthorized spare parts.

  • Misuse of the product, including breaks, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, or improper storage.

  • Damages caused by using incorrect water specifications or improper electrical supply.

  • Failure to follow the user manual and operating instructions.

  • Violation of periodic maintenance requirements or manufacturer guidelines.

  • Shipping costs are not covered under warranty.

Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment or part of it is damaged or lost, the shipping company is responsible for compensating the customer.

  • The customer will be compensated through our customer service if the damage is proven not to be caused by the shipping company.


Shipping and Delivery

  • After order confirmation and payment, the store prepares and delivers the order within 3–10 business days, from Saturday to Thursday.

  • Upon request, the store may hold the order for a maximum of 3 weeks after payment.

  • After 3 weeks, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

  • After 4 weeks of storage, the store is no longer responsible for the sold goods.


Order Cancellation After Shipping

Customer orders cannot be cancelled if they fail to receive the shipment on time unless the following conditions are met:

  1. The order does not include food items, coffee, or coffee beans.

  2. The order is returned to the store and fully inspected for condition.

  3. If the above conditions are met, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded minus shipping fees.
